My quilting is progressing – very slowly. I finished the outline stitching around my pinwheels so it was time to move on to my template stitching.

The blocks I wanted to quilt had six different fabrics within them and I wasn’t able to find any markers that would show up on all of the fabrics. I had to trace the template onto paper and then stitch through the paper. I don’t mind doing that except it is more work to remove the paper after the sewing is done.

It’s working out well though I think.
