I looked for a hockey-themed pattern for Will and about the only small thing I found were these hockey sticks. As  I started the back stitching on them I realized how crooked the sticks were going to appear. I added a few quarter-stitches but they still came out wonky! Perhaps that isn’t such a bad thing as Will is a goalie and maybe the shots with these sticks won’t be on target.

I used Edmonton Oiler colours for the tape on the sticks.
