This is a milestone birthday for Caye so I wanted her card to be a little bit special. I saw a photo for a crochet button and tried to reproduce it on her card; the background fabric was a bit left over from a set of placemats I recently made. My original plan was for three buttons, but for the size of the card that many looked too crowded. The lacy stitching is courtesy of the decorative stitches on my machine. I added one small button as a contrast.
