We were at the clubhouse today so it was a hand stitching day for me.

My mini fans are a little further ahead. I got a quick lesson on the math involved for setting triangles but I decided to wait until I was at home to test it out.

I had time to start the embroidery on Block 4 of Elizabeth’s house. I was sitting beside the quilting/embroidery/everything expert and she showed me the correct way to do some of the stitches; my circular blanket stitch in my previous blocks was wrong but it will be correct in this block. It is a learning process for me; the wall hanging is meant to be whimsical so my imperfections may not show so much!
