It has taken an awfully long time for me to get these socks finished. I cast on the stitches before I left for my trip to Calgary in April. I cast them on at home because I still struggle with the invisible cast-on and I have papers, notes and a bookmarked internet page that I often have to use.

With the exception of the pair for Madison, I finished all but the heel during my visit (and waits at the airport).

I knit in the evenings while we watch TV and, since I’ve been home, we’ve mostly been watching sub-titled movies and shows. I can multi-task to a certain extent, but reading and knitting at the same time are outside my capabilities!
