I’m feeling better today so I came upstairs to tackle some more quilting. My first few stitches were okay so I moved ahead. I didn’t think my next section of quilting looked very good but I thought I’d finish it and then decide. The decision was that I didn’t like it so I spent the rest of the morning picking it out.

I was able to decide on a quilting stitch that I thought would look good. The first block went very well and I was on to my second block. I had a couple of thread issues on the second block but I forged ahead and got it done.

I’ve had nothing but problems with my third block. The top thread continued to split and break so I changed my needle thinking that would help. Now I’m having nothing but problems with the bobbin thread. Before I carry on any further and get even more frustrated (I’ll try a different bobbin) I’m going to stop for the day.

I hope my knitting will be more productive!
