I’ve yet to read a book by Jodi Picoult that has disappointed me. This was a little slow to start, but once I got to the Grandmother’s story I couldn’t put it down. Somewhere about the middle of the book my mind figured out the twist at the end, and that’s a first as I’m usually taken completely by surprise.
