It was a gorgeous day here today – the sun was shining, it was warm. I was thinking yesterday that one way to tell that winter is over is when you start wearing your scarf as an accessory rather than to keep you warm. Even with only a sweater on I found myself over heated.

As I was leaving Walmart this morning I noticed cherry blossoms on the tree. Then, when I was sitting in my chair having my coffee, I realized I could see the bulbs in the garden. They are a good ways above ground too as my eyesight isn’t good enough to see them if they were barely there.

So what did I work at all day? My 12 Days of Christmas project! It is quilted and I’m sewing the binding on this evening.
