I started my laundry this morning before heading down the hill for coffee with Carola. She wanted to see some of the projects that I am taking with me, and I always like to see what she has been up to. When I got home I dug out my suitcase and started packing. I have room for everything, and hopefully a little extra space to bring home all the supplies I sent ahead to Elizabeth’s. All my projects are finished (for now), and my studio is neat and tidy. I don’t leave until the afternoon flight tomorrow and, with my packing done today, I’ll be at loose ends.

I’m taking Pat out for dinner tonight. It will be an early birthday celebration.
