I had a good start this morning and finished up my Easter project. I still have the binding to stitch down, but I shouldn’t have any trouble getting that finished tonight. I moved right along to one of the gifts I want to take with me on my trip. I was just starting the quilting on it at noon and decided I’d have a late lunch and continue stitching. The next time I looked at the clock it was almost two; there had been no lunch and I still wasn’t finished quilting.

I took a break for lunch and finished up the quilting; this piece was done with an envelope technique so there was no binding. It is always nice to have a finish at the end of the day!

I’ve been thinking about some website changes but I thought I should put the website a little more in order before making a big change. I’m so far behind in some of my posts that I think starting it from close-to-scratch wouldn’t be a bad plan. In the meantime, I’ve added a Placemats page, although only my most recent pieces have been posted.
