Today was the Spring version of the Crafters Stash Reduction sale. I attended the first one last fall and came home with tons of stuff, most of which I haven’t used yet (oh, but I have plans). There weren’t as many tables this time, but there was a wider selection of crafts – beading, scrapbooking to name a couple.
Although my focus was mainly on patterns, a few other things hopped on board! Here’s what I came home with.
A couple of pattern books. There are a few in one of the books that I think could be done with English Paper Piecing. I’m not sure why I was drawn to this kids book, but the quilts and wall hangings in it are almost worth another grandchild don’t you think?
These fall patterns are adorable, and I have a plan in mind for those tiny Christmas patterns.
A few more patterns caught my eye and, for the price, why not?
These pillow panels were only $1 each. I don’t think I’ll have a problem finding a home for them.
To get the good deal on the panels I had to choose a couple more fabrics – it wasn’t really a problem.
Embroidery transfers are hard to find, but they will be perfect for making labels using either the crayon or gel pen technique. The quilting templates will get used – as soon as I figure out how to use them!
And last, but not least, a few balls of wool (because my bins have a little bit of space left in them). Actually it was an awesome price, and I will knit something (or some things) up for our next craft sale.
