I always look forward to my day at home on Wednesday. I usually sew but today I couldn’t ignore the pile of paperwork and accounting that was waiting for me. I worked on some Guild business and then did some of my own accounting work. By the time that was finished Pat was on his lunch break.

After lunch I tackled Pat’s business accounts. Things were going well but eventually I ended up with missing receipts and a number of questions. Since Pat was teaching until three I sat down to read until he was finished.

No sooner had Pat finished teaching than it was time to head out to his eye appointment. I had to go along as driver because he needed the eye drops for his examination. While he was at the doctor’s I did a bit of grocery shopping, and while I waited for him to finish his appointment I did a bit more reading. I was so close to the end of the book that I finished it before I started making supper.

We were off to the movie after supper. I’ll post more on the book and the movie tomorrow – both will get good reviews!
