I felt pressured today to actually finish something at the Guild bee. Yesterday, and today, folks were finishing two and three tops and there I was still stitching at my blocks. I finished enough to make the centre of a quilt, and even have a few left over. The blocks still need to be trimmed, and I’ll add borders before I quilt it. I came home with some backing fabric and some batting but I’m still a long ways from being able to say it is a done deal! When it is finished, it will be donated to our local women’s shelter.
