It’s only 4:30 PM, but it feels like bedtime to me. I woke up around 3 AM and then tossed and turned for an hour before giving up and starting my day. I finalized my magazine article while I had my coffee, but by 5 AM I was working on a project for my Tickle Trunk. I had it finished with time to spare before heading out to the sewing bee. I worked on bindings for my Christmas projects today. Nothing finished yet, but I’m halfway there on one of them.
I had lots of running around to do after the bee. My first stop was the Economy Shop. I had a small bag of items to donate, and then I shopped. At the last House Concert we noticed a couple of our cups had small cracks in them, and a couple of our glasses weren’t looking as good as they should. I bought 5 glasses and 7 matching cups, plus a pottery cream jug for less than $5! I needed bags – garbage bags, recycle bags and Kitchen Catchers – so I stopped at WalMart for those. I was in and out quickly and then I was off to the bank and Safeway.
I’m not sure what I’ll do for the evening. I probably have time to stitch something, but I may end up with my knitting and an early bedtime.
