Pat ended up teaching from his computer on the main floor instead of the basement so I was forced to work upstairs in my studio. He takes only a few fifteen minute breaks during the day so I managed to get a lot of quilting done, but no cleaning.

After his class ended at three we made a quick trip out to the bottle depot to get rid of the cans, bottles and plastics that we accumulated over the summer. Since we hadn’t done anything about dinner we stopped off at the pub on the way home. We were too early for the dinner menu but we found something on the lunch menu that suited us.

Once we were home I got down to the task of cleaning. I scrubbed out the laundry room and entrance way, and did most of the vacuuming on the main level. The bed downstairs is made and I have a start on the laundry. I’m running short of energy pretty quickly though. I’m very much a morning person so if there is something that needs to be done I’m better off doing it first thing.

I’ll be sewing most of the day tomorrow so I’ll be out of Pat’s way (and I can talk as much as I want)!
