I enjoyed the movie last night – Before Midnight.This was the third film in a series. I think I saw the previous two but it would have been nice to have had a refresher before this one. You really didn’t need it to follow the story though. I gave it 8 stars.

I went to the Red Cross early this morning so I could train one of the volunteers on the computer program before we were open to the public. The training went very well and we were finished just after ten. I was getting ready to leave when Nova asked if I could stay for a few minutes. I needed to stop at the grocery store to pick up some ingredients for the Guild potluck, but I thought I had some time to spare.

An hour later Nova finally returned! She had gone to do some photocopying and the machine jammed and then stored her job in memory and when it restarted it jammed again! Everyone in the office was at coffee so she had to wait for someone to come back and help her. She came back with reams of paper when all she needed was six pages copied. She said she had a dozen copies of a couple of the pages. She was having one of those days too! It was 11:15 before I left for my groceries.

That gave me just enough time to get my shopping done, get home, put the groceries away, and then dash back for my noon shift. I was a few minutes late, but had I been longer I wouldn’t have cared.

It was very busy today with both returns and loans. We had a huge donation of equipment dropped off so that added to the work. I didn’t get everything done, but the rest can wait for tomorrow; most of what was left were smaller items. It was 2:30 before I got away again.

I have my Greek Salad mixed up for our supper. Carolla is going to join the Guild so she will ride along to the dinner with me. It is the big reveal of the classes and demos so there will be lots of blog updates to do when the evening is over.
