Dad
Dad

Hardly a day goes by that I don’t think about Dad. If I’m out walking and see pens or pencils on the side of the road I have to resist the urge to pick them up. I still have some of the pencils Dad retrieved from his walks! So many of the hikes we go on (and now 4×4 trips) I think about how much Dad would have enjoyed them. I remember how Dad passed his books by classic authors to me because no one else was interested. Without those books I never would have read Dickens, George Eliot and so many others. I had a wonderful childhood, and an adult life full of good memories of both my parents.

I’m so pleased that my grandchildren have such great Dads.

Look how high Dave can kick the ball
Ray always has a project on the go. The whole family will enjoy this one when it is finished. Where’s Dylan?
Rick can even take care of the “girlie” stuff!
