I constantly look at quilt patterns online, and often download two or three freebies a day. One of the blogs I read showed a kit for a pattern that I thought would suit Gavin. I struggle with getting the right colours in a quilt, but I really didn’t like the colour options that were available. I spent some time looking for the individual pattern from a shop I was familiar with, but when I couldn’t find it I call the shop who was offering the kit. I was happy to find out that I could order the pattern from them, they just didn’t have it in their web shop. The pattern arrived today and I’m hoping Stacia will help me pick out the right fabric next week in Victoria.

I’ve been quilting all day. Yesterday went faster than I expected, but today is slow going.
