This was a new “recipe” from my card-making book. Of all the cards I’ve made, I think it is my favorite pattern. The pink card was for Kathryn and I used the same pattern for Taylor.

Will’s card was similar to cards I’ve made in the past. The coloured strips look a lot like candles – perhaps next time a yellow button (for a flame) would add to that effect.

 

 

It was for Diane’s birthday last year that I made my first fabric card. We both have the same Block of the Day calendar so for this year I made “her” block. The size is bigger than my regular cards, but I envision it hanging on a wall in her craft room.
