It isn’t unusual for my studio to be messy, but this is worse than normal. I was doing a lot of work on the cutting table so I moved a bunch of project boxes out from under the table so I could fit in a stool to sit on. And once my cutting was done I started piling other stuff on top and it is really out of hand now.

My pressing room is in worse shape than it has ever been. I have material pieces strewn over one chair (because I might make something else with it before the season is over). I have three pieces ready to be quilted rolled up on the table, as well as two community quilts that I need to bind. My ironing board has been my main wrapping station and whatever space I can find elsewhere in the room has been used.

I don’t think I have ever had a mess in the hallway – I’m hoping it is just a seasonal thing!
