I was back to work at BOND today. I made Chicken Quesadillas for the ladies. The last time I made quesadillas I found it a challenge to get enough ready at the same time. The recipe I used this time had all the filling pre-cooked and then you spread the filling over half the tortilla, loaded on the cheese, folded it in half and baked it in the oven for ten minutes. I had a plateful ready on time so everyone was able to sit down to eat together.
Pat didn’t feel like cooking tonight so we walked up the street for Pasta Night at the Church. We saw a few familiar faces. I like going because I often see Mums and babies that have graduated from the BOND program. Some of those babies are getting to be quite big. I’ve been working with the program for almost two years.
Since I have to stay off the internet while Pat is doing his teaching (bandwidth issues if I’m on) I’ve been working on the research for my Italy pictures this afternoon. I wish I could copy my photo to the internet, click a button, and get all the details about the photo. And I wish I had taken better notes on some of the days. I’m going through a batch of church photos from Venice. We didn’t go inside a lot of them, and I think we might even have been seeing them from the back. So when I try to match my photo with Google images it isn’t always working out so well.
I’ll spend a bit more time at it tonight and then find something to do while Pat teaches in the morning.
