I was sitting at my desk cross stitching just now. It had just started to rain and I could hear it hitting the rooftop. When I looked out the window to see how hard the rain was coming down I saw a deer. When Pat was trying to see it from the bedroom window he spotted another one. It was hard to get the two of them in the same photo with the added problem of my camera battery running low. The one in the foreground is now laying on the grass under a tree; he’s possibly waiting for the rain to let up before they move on.

I’m having more issues with my mail delivery system. Once, when my post didn’t come through, I thought maybe I had posted too late. That particular post came through the following day. But a post I did yesterday morning didn’t come through either so I have no idea when or if this post will come through as an e-mail.
