Due to the time change yesterday the day has passed quickly but I’ve been moving slowly through it.
I spent some time this morning cleaning in preparation for the House Concert on Tuesday. Pat and I chatted about the work I still need to do for the quilt show and decided it was probably better if I didn’t go across to Texada for the House Concert over there. That will allow me to get the door prize baskets ready Wednesday afternoon and I’ll have another task I can cross off the list.
I watched the noon ferry from Texada coming across and thought Pat might be on it but he’s decided to stay another day so he could go to the Trivia Meat Draw this afternoon. We’ll go grocery shopping in the morning; one of the performers is celiac so we’ll have to spend some time figuring out what we’ll do for meals.
I spent the afternoon cutting fabric in preparation for Tuesday’s sewing. The Splendid Sampler 2 is one of my UFO Challenges for this month and I haven’t worked on it yet. I have four blocks cut out and, hopefully, I can get at least a few of them done.
