I think things are back to normal for me again, although yesterday felt a lot like Sunday and I feel like I should still be on holiday for a few more days.
This morning I got show tickets ready for the Hall, as well as a deposit. I did a bit of Guild work so I’d be ready for the meeting tonight. Before I knew it it was time to head out for some errands before sewing.
I have been working on a flannel quilt on Thursdays and it is nice to be able to leave everything at Gail’s between sessions. I have two rows together and the other three rows are ready to be attached. We thought we might have to cancel our retreat but we talked to Jessie today; her husband is much better and she expects to be back next week. We are working on a group project for the weekend; there was also talk of working on UFOs.
I’m off to a Guild meeting tonight but before that starts we have a Hands Across the Water planning meeting. It is our turn to host so we have a bit of work to do. So far I’ve managed not to sign up for anything. The event isn’t until October so there is still lots of time to get guilted into something.
