I’m always looking for small block patterns to use for my cards. While I was looking for something else I came across a book call “501 Rotary-Cut Quilt Blocks”; each of the 501 patterns come in a variety of sizes.

One of the projects-in-my-mind is a quilt made with blocks associated with the Underground Railway combined with blocks embroidered with words from some of the songs of freedom.
