I don’t know where it has gone, but I’ve lost my eagerness for any crafting – sewing, knitting or cross stitch. I think all the sorting I’ve done for this stash reduction sale has reminded me how impossible it will be to complete all the projects I’ve decided I’m not ready to get rid of.

I spent all morning packaging up yarn and patterns; it will all have to be priced eventually but I’ll wait for confirmation that the sale is happening. I’ve already decided that if it doesn’t happen I’ll be posting much of this stash as sale items online, and lots will go to various organizations around town that I know can use it.

I managed to do a bit of cutting for a couple of small projects this afternoon. I have cards to make and quilt-along blocks to catch up on but I have no desire to do any of it. Time is passing though so I’d better force myself into doing something with the remainder of the afternoon.

Can you believe we’re off to see another movie tonight? With entertainers coming to town over the weekend this was the best night for us to go.
