This is one block from a larger quilt called From Head to Toe – A Knitter’s Gifts (Denise M. Russart). Since Brian’s birthday is, in good years, at the beginning of winter in Ontario I chose this block for him. Because of all the problems I had putting this together, it might have been faster to knit him a pair of mitts!
