I walked to my first yoga class today; the Fitbit didn’t give me many step credits for an hour of yoga but the walk there and back counted. The studio is a large room but unlike the Rec Centre it was warm inside. They provide all the equipment so I don’t need to lug a bag of stuff with me each week.

The class was mainly stretches and I am feeling them already. It wasn’t as intense as I expected, but we worked through a lot of poses; unlike the Rec Centre classes we didn’t seem to rush from one thing to another though. We did most of our work on the mats this week but she said we’d be up on our feet a bit more next time.

I’m having some issues with my cookbook software for my Guild recipe book but I’m not stressing over it. I must be relaxed!
