Better late than never? Better hand-delivered than in the mail?

As kids growing up in the country we rode our bikes everywhere during the summer. One particular event remains in my memory – riding down the hill south of our place, feet off the pedals, and singing “Be-Bop-A-Lula” at the top of our lungs. When I saw this bicycle from the Snapshots Quilt-Along (by Fat Quarter Shop) I knew I had to make it.
