Today was a catching up day, as you will see from all my posts. I did a load of laundry before heading up to tackle Pat’s year-end accounting. Since he was teaching all day my questions could only be answered on his breaks. I will still be working on it tomorrow, but I think the worst is done.

You may be wondering what I did in my usual “Red Cross shift” hours. I sat and did a bit of cross-stitching. It felt good to take a little time away from my “should do” tasks (accounting and household) to do something I enjoy so much.

I’m off to a library presentation tonight; it’s been stormy all day but I’m hoping it will calm a bit before I have to head out.
