A book that I am reading (but not yet implementing) called The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up recommends that you take only five photos of any vacation. Five apparently is the magic number to remind you of the good times, yet not too many to keep organized. Here are five from my recent travels.
I started off in Saskatoon and was lucky to see both Will and Alex play a hockey game. Alex and I also had an early birthday celebration.
I had a fun trip to Panorama with Stacia, Deloise and Roberta. We shopped (mostly Stacia and Deloise), we walked, and we enjoyed the hot tub and a trip to the hot springs. It took all week, but we managed to finish the hardest puzzle ever – almost hard enough to put me off tea forever! Who has the photos of that puzzle?
I finished off the trip with a stop in Calgary to deliver Elizabeth’s quilt (and do a bit of shopping at the fabric stores).
Elizabeth and crew gave me the royal treatment for my birthday. We had a big fire on Saturday night, a long walk around the park on Sunday, and a lovely birthday supper with cake.
It was a great trip, but it is good to be home again!
