I’ve been making slabs to use as a backing on Elizabeth’s House. What’s a slab you ask?

Take a small bit of fabric and stitch it together. Trim that piece and add another.

When the piece of fabric is big enough cut a square the size you want.

And you are left with another piece of fabric to add to another piece of fabric and so on and so on. When you are down to the very last bit of fabric, use it to stuff a dog pillow.
