I’ve been working all day and I still have a couple of things needing done; they are the kinds of things that could be skipped if I run out of time. I usually have a bit of time on the morning our guests arrive but I’ll be out the door early tomorrow.

Saturday and Sunday I will be manning a booth at Arts Alive in the Park. We’re doing some promotion for our House Concerts and for the shows that Pat presents at the small hall in town. The days will be long but hopefully we’ll get a few more names for the mailing list and sell a few advanced tickets for some of the shows. I’m selling CDs for our Saturday show duo, as well as offering some of Pat’s CDs.

Our musical guests (and their Dad) arrive on the noon ferry tomorrow; Pat has arranged a radio interview, a spot on the stage at Arts in the Park, he’ll do a sound check at the hall and then feed them all supper before heading to the show. I’ll finish up my stint at the park at 7 PM and hopefully I will make it to the hall before the show starts. We can leave our display set up for the night but I think it depends a bit on what the weather is like. Pat will get everyone off on the noon ferry on Sunday and then he has his own spot on the stage early in the afternoon.

We’re off to the Friday night market very shortly; Pat and a friend are playing tonight. I know I made a list somewhere of the things I need to take tomorrow so I’m off in search of it now!
