When we drove to our B & B I was quite concerned as it was much further from town than I anticipated. There was no way I’d be able to walk to any shopping and, with Pat using the vehicle, I was going to be stuck at the B & B. But once we had checked in I was thrilled; the place was absolutely gorgeous and I could have stayed for another week. There was lots of patio space but we weren’t able to make use of it for very long as the rain arrived on Saturday and lasted through the weekend. We had visitors every day (deer) and enjoyed the quiet of the forest.

Here’s what I accomplished:

A little knitting and crocheting, as well as some reading.

I finished another block of embroidery.

I did a little shopping.

I finished my doll quilt and another block in my miniature sampler.
