This card was many years in the making – it is probably older than Madison! I think the kit was originally purchased so Kathryn could make the card; I know it came from her room when we packed up the Port Coquitlam house. I remember working on it when we first moved here but it has been buried for quite a few years in a pile beside my chair in the studio. As with all cross-stitching, it wasn’t until the outline stitching was finished that it really began to look like a cat!
