Lines, lines and more lines; I’ve been quilting Hubble all day. I don’t have an area upstairs large enough to lay out the quilt so I took it downstairs to see if I needed to add any additional quilting. I was trying to keep the quilting emphasizing the star but felt I might need to add a few cross lines as well. The good news is that I don’t think the cross lines will be needed; the bad news is that I have another corner of lines to do (I thought I had them all done).

I’ve made some progress on my puzzle as well – those snowmen are coming together nicely! When I was at Christy’s we made a very difficult Batman and a less-difficult Frozen puzzle. I received a puzzle for Christmas but until just a few days ago I didn’t have a spare surface to make it on. Strange to be thinking of snowmen today because we have beautiful sunshine again today.

I would really like to finish the straight lines on Hubble today so I’d better get back to work.
