We were reminded several times at last night’s Guild meeting that our quilt show entry forms have to be submitted by the next meeting. That is less than a month away.

It should be pointed out that the entry form requires a photograph and a size estimate; the project doesn’t have to be finished. My plan is to work feverishly to get as many tops done as possible before the deadline and then I’ll quilt like crazy between the deadline and the day we hang the show.

I finished my second top for the show today. I took part in an on-line mystery project in December – 12 Days of Christmas. We received a clue every other day; I stayed pretty much on track with the blocks up until Block 11 and then fell behind. I finished up the last two blocks this morning and added the sashing and borders this afternoon.
