In honour of Worldwide Quilting Day I spent most of the day working in my studio. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt like stitching, but everything worked well and there was only a small bit of bluish language when I made mistakes and had to rip.

There are no finishes to report, but here’s what I accomplished. Hopefully I can get the ends tied in on the smaller pieces while we watch TV tonight.

I bookmarked this 3D Pinwheel block quite some time ago and, since we are having a very stormy Spring day, the colours cheered me up.

A fun day in my studio has to include some English Paper Piecing. This will be a card for someone.

I finally sandwiched Alex’s quilt; I hope to start quilting tomorrow.
