About a week before I left on my trip to Saskatoon and Calgary I had an urgent call from Will and Alex. Would I be able to make them a mascot head? They would like it to be a dragon head please!

I found a pattern for a Hallowe’en costume that featured a hood with spikes and, after verifying with the boys that this would work, I bought some fabrics. Because the boys range in sizes I ended up making two mascot heads.

In order to hide their faces we purchased black nylons which were cut and pulled over their heads. Because of the flash on my camera their faces show more than they do in “real life”.

Will recently had a chance to be the mascot at Alex’s soccer game.
