We headed out for the Sea Walk just as the fog was lifting. It’s another glorious day!

The tide was out and the parking lot was full, but it didn’t feel crowded as we walked. I did have to pass a few folks (well most folks) but everyone was in a good mood. This heron was looking for a late lunch, or perhaps an early supper.

At the end of the trail I found this amazing shell tree!
Although I could have found similar signs of Spring in our own yard (particularly the dandelions) it is somehow nicer to see them in the wild.
A fork in the road is always a problem for me – stop and sit or climb that hill. Since I knew the hill led to the roadway above I chose to carry on down the path to meet Pat who had found a different bench to sit at.
