As you will see if you subscribe to my journal, I spent most of the morning updating my website and my quilting project book. Finishing that cleared a lot of paperwork off my desk. I also had some Red Cross work and some Guild work to take care of and before I knew it the morning was gone.

Pat arrived home from Victoria on the noon flight. It was foggy today and there was some doubt as to whether the plane would land here or in Comox. Fortunately it was here, so he had the afternoon at home.

I wasn’t mentally prepared to start quilting my appliqued flowers this afternoon, even though Ruby was threaded and ready to go. I got out my old sewing machine (the one I take to the bees) and did some work on a couple of Valentine projects I have started.

I may have time this afternoon to finish one of my books while I take a walk on the treadmill.
