It was my turn to make the BOND lunch today. We were back at the hospital so no slacking off at the beach for me. On the menu was chicken stir-fry and rice. The chopping and prep work went well, and I had time to spare before anyone arrived. I think that the veggies were overcooked, but it is hard to do a stir-fry that large at the very last minute. There were few left-overs though so I guess everyone liked it.

On the way home I stopped at Staples and got some copying done for the Guild. I will start taking membership dues at the bee tomorrow. The dozen or so ladies that I will catch won’t make much difference at the first meeting, but some of the ladies were asking if they could pay early.

Pat and I are off to the movies tonight. We haven’t been to the theater for quite some time. I’m not sure the movie will be very good, but the Twizzlers will be as tasty as ever!
