I made it out of the house today for the first time since Thursday. My trip wasn’t very exciting – the post office, the grocery store and the book drop-off at the library. I made it home before the rain arrived so I don’t think I did myself any harm.

Today was my “Seasonal” day in the studio. Since my Easter project was finished and I didn’t feel like sewing I dug out a Christmas cross-stitch that didn’t get finished in time for last year. At the rate I’m progressing this year may also be out of the question. Little by little the colors are taking shape, and I enjoyed the stitching.

Pat has caught my cold but he’s still taking care of the cooking. He made us some vegetable soup for lunch and he’s making pasta for dinner. It is pasta night at the Church, but Pat’s is so much better!

Hockey tonight so I’ll get at my crocheting.
