I wore my jacket to the bee this morning and I had some nice compliments on it. I even had one person who agreed that the inside was too bright to be the outside. Another comment was that it was a good thing I had used nice lining and one woman said she was sorry that I had done so much work just to hide it.

My new Tuesday project is one that I started right after the New Year, hoping it might be done for one of the April birthdays. Clearly that isn’t going to happen but it was fun to start something relatively new. All the cutting for the blocks is done so I’m hoping the quilt top will go together quickly.

My Flat Stanley book is due at the library tomorrow so I spent some time this afternoon on the edits for the last chapter. I’ve posted it to my Grandma Reads page.

I finished the last pieces of my Easter project tonight so I can start assembling them tomorrow.
