I had such high hopes for today. I was going to finish the quilting on one of my Christmas projects and then I was going to work on some small items for my Tickle Trunk. The items showing in my Tickle Trunk will all be part of our craft fair at Dwight Hall.
I got a good start to the day and was busy quilting when Carolla (my partner in crafts) dropped in. I invited her in for coffee and we found all sorts of things in my studio that I could work into crafts for the sale. We failed to find any extra time over the next month though and that is still going to be a problem; we are both travelling. I wanted to show her a couple of things on my website that I was intending to make but I couldn’t get any of the machines downstairs to load my site. I couldn’t connect upstairs either so I sent an e-mail to Pat for help.
After spending over an hour and a half on the phone we managed to get my machine upstairs connected, but none of the wireless machines are working. I can live with that, except being without my iPad is going to be a nuisance. I don’t know yet whether our Apple TV is going to work. I’ve left that little surprise for later this evening.
I had a few errands to run so I decided that I may as well ditch the quilting and carry on with some other tasks. My errands are all done, but I have a couple of reports to get ready for the Guild meeting tomorrow night. I may yet get back to my quilting, but I’m not sure I’ll be in the right zone!
